The study director from the monitoring group clarifies that the logo on your phone shows the "presence" of 5G network across the location, yet doesn't ensure that your device is connected to it.

He notes that although using the autonomous 5G service, your mobile might still revert to previous networks if a faster connection cannot be accessed.

He comments that for most people, "independent 5G doesn't provide good value because it fails to deliver very good value for money because the contracts are expensive".

He further notes that the network availability continues to be uneven, even in big cities such as London though he acknowledges this advanced technology indicates "you're more likely to get better service in high-traffic zones like train stations".

Technology analyst from the resolution platform told that subscribers should receive transparency.

"Users assume you're accessing one thing though in reality don't and precision is crucial," he commented. "The consumer rights act has very strict rules about how accurate claims should remain with different services, so how does this vary with mobile networks?"
